Full time Data Center Technician (m/f/d) - Eygelshoven (NL, close to Aachen)

Job Summary
Assemble new Supermicro servers and perform hardware repairs on HPE blade systems, including CPU, RAM, and motherboard replacements. Manage inventory and documentation for hardware and parts while overseeing the on-site warehouse stock, orders, and material flow. Execute basic Juniper switch setup and configuration, often utilizing AI-assisted tools. Collaborate with on-site data center technicians and coordinate with the 2nd/3rd level team in Münster via Slack for remote hands and troubleshooting. Maintain a structured working style focused on reliable documentation and inventory control. Join a young team with flat hierarchies and an office located directly inside the data center in Eygelshoven.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with server hardware (builds / swaps / repairs)
- Solid basics in Debian Linux
- Driver's license (Class B) and mobility
- Good internal communication skills (team + data center staff)
Desired Qualifications
- First experience with Proxmox (setup / basic understanding / common tasks)
- Basic exposure to Juniper (very rudimentary is enough)
- Basic English and/or German skills
