Job Summary
Manage high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and empathy while navigating multiple computer systems to provide accurate information and support. Maintain a high standard of service quality and detailed documentation for all interactions. This role requires a typing speed of 35+ WPM, a warm demeanor for difficult conversations, and consistent attendance. Availability for weekend shifts and holidays is mandatory as the team operates 24/7/365. Shifts consist of consistent 4-day schedules with 10-hour blocks.
