Job Summary
Oversee and develop a retail customer service team; lead, coach, and supervise associates to deliver fast, accurate POS and customer service, while driving store goals. Responsibilities include coaching and training associates on POS and customer service standards, merchandising standards, inventory accuracy, cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and using KPIs to drive store results. Maintain a customer-focused approach consistent with Kohl’s brand standards and expectations for safety and loss prevention.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Experience supervising teams or associates to include the responsibility for coaching to achieve daily goals
