Job Summary
Lead, coach and supervise retail associates to deliver fast, accurate point-of-sale transactions and exceptional customer service. Develop and train staff on POS and customer service standards, merchandising, product knowledge, and Kohl's brand requirements. Oversee cash-handling procedures, inventory accuracy, pricing/signage, and loss prevention while supporting store goals through KPI-driven decision making. Maintain safe, compliant operations and provide on-duty leadership to guide the team through busy periods with a focus on integrity, teamwork, and a customer-centric experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Experience supervising teams or associates to include the responsibility for coaching to achieve daily goals
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
