Customer Service Specialist responsible for helping retail and wholesale customers by identifying needs, answering questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommending solutions. Responsible for promptly resolving customer concerns to ensure maximum client satisfaction, staying up-to-date with product features, maintaining high quality and visual standards of the products and store, and achieving the store’s sales goals. Role involves customer contact (which may include minors) and access to cash and other payment methods; a criminal history review is conducted to protect customers and operations.
