Job Summary
Assist customers by phone, email, or chat to resolve inquiries and concerns with professionalism. Respond to customer needs accurately while maintaining detailed records and following established procedures. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure every interaction delivers an exceptional customer experience. Meet quality and productivity goals in a fast-paced environment. Complete a full application including screening questions and a pre-employment test to be considered. Submit to a Level II background investigation and drug screening as required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Fluent in English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and active listening abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
