Job Summary
Answer and resolve all customer inquiries via social media, phone, live chat, emails, and product reviews while acting as a product expert in baseball and softball equipment. Review paid orders to reduce chargebacks, initiate UPS claims for lost or damaged packages, and walk customers through the returns process. Place orders over the phone and create correspondence as requested. Communicate with internal teams to implement process improvements based on customer feedback. This full-time role requires working four weekday shifts from 1 PM to 9 PM and one weekend shift, with a salary of $15.00 per hour. Candidates must align with core values and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, in the process of working towards a bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
- Must be located in Missouri or Kansas

- Must be available for scheduled shifts (four shifts during the week 1 PM to 9PM and one weekend shift on Saturday or Sunday)
- Must be punctual and work through the end of their shift
