Full Time Customer Service Associate

Job Summary
Greet customers, answer questions, and recommend products to create a friendly shopping experience. Process payments via cash, cards, and coupons while suggesting add-on items and assisting with carry-outs. Manage store operations by keeping the space clean, stocked, and organized, and help receive new merchandise. Handle phone calls and assist with basic inquiries, following company policies and jumping in for other tasks as needed. Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or snow, while standing, walking, and lifting items over 50 lbs. A flexible schedule may include evenings and weekends with no travel required.
