FULL TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

Greet, engage, and assist customers during the checkout process while monitoring transactions through the check lane with respect for customers and their items. Complete daily tasks to ensure the store atmosphere meets highest goals for customer service, safety, and cleanliness. Open additional registers or call for baggers based on customer traffic to maintain speedy checkouts. Operate the Point of Sale system to handle various tenders including Cash, Checks, Credit, Debit, SNAP, WIC, and coupons per company policy. Report pricing discrepancies to the Scan Coordinator and adhere to all safety practices and local, state, and federal laws. Lift 50 pounds or more and perform physical duties involving standing, walking, and bending. Instill the Renfroe's mission statement in others to foster a welcoming environment.
