Job Summary
Oversee after-sale service by liaising with third-party repair organizations, maintaining organized files on open issues, and promoting service standards. Train new and existing service associates, assist customers via phone, in-person, or email with service requests, and set repair tech appointments. Complete inspections on exchanges, schedule deliveries for exchanges and credit memos, and authorize discounts and credits within specific parameters. Enter exchanges, credit memos, sales, and reselections while following up on overdue work orders, parts, and repairs. Maintain composure in high-pressure situations and collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional service.
