Job Summary
Customer Relations Representative responsible for delivering a professional, high-quality customer experience via phone, text, and email; lead management and outreach to respond to inbound leads and maintain follow-up; schedule consultations based on territory and availability; qualify leads and ensure appointments are ready for the sales team; document interactions in CRM (Salesforce preferred); remote work with occasional visits to a dealership; must have a quiet home office, stable internet, and be comfortable using dual monitors and headset; role requires strong communication and organizational skills and familiarity with CRM systems and data management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years of customer service, call center, sales support, or lead management experience
- CRM experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
