Job Summary
Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by leading front-end operations, omnichannel processes, and adherence to SOPs to meet KPIs. Manage and coach the customer experience team (sales floor and cashier), support onboarding and talent development, assume Manager on Duty responsibilities, and lead in-store initiatives such as events, framing services where applicable, and safety/shrink programs. Ensure cash reconciliation, inventory processes (RTV/ASN), and adherence to company policies; collaborate with Store Manager to drive performance and store standards while maintaining a positive, respectful store environment and delivering the Michaels brand promises.
