Job Summary
Full Time Customer Experience Manager to lead front-end operations and omnichannel processes in a Grove City, OH Michaels retail location. Responsibilities include managing and coaching the customer experience team (sales floor and cashier) to achieve results, adhering to SOPs, supporting store manager duties, administering shrink and safety programs, assisting with cash handling, inventory processes (RTV/ASN), onboarding and developing team members, and serving as Manager on Duty (MOD). The role emphasizes customer-centric service, leadership, KPI attainment, event execution, and cross-training in framing where applicable.
