Job Summary
Oversee customer experience and front-end operations at Five Below, training crew on the BEST customer service experience to ensure fast, friendly checkout and high customer-service scores. Lead assigned store to meet district-supplied customer service goals, manage front-end merchandising and equipment, handle opening/closing procedures, maintain store cleanliness, and perform store-manager duties in the manager’s absence. Partner with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, and develop crew members; coordinate with the leadership team on merchandising and recovery; conduct stock-room and maintenance tasks; ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies. Must have at least a High School diploma (College experience preferred) and a minimum of 2 years of management experience, with flexibility to work day, evening, weekends, and potential overnight shifts.
