Full Time Customer Experience Coordinator

Oversee a team of Associates at the front of store, ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs. Lead by example by engaging with all customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, and addressing concerns promptly. Train and coach staff on front-end principles and personalizing the customer experience, while assigning registers and coordinating breaks. Ensure Associates execute tasks according to the store plan, adhere to labor laws and policies, and support shrink reduction and safety goals. Provide and accept feedback with management to address training needs and set priorities. Available to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends; starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $16.50 per hour.
