Job Summary
Promotes an excellent customer experience by leading front-end Associate teams, training and mentoring on front-end principles, and driving loyalty-program participation. Coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience, assigns registers, coordinates breaks, responds to POS coverage needs, and ensures tasks align with store plans. Communicates priorities with management and staff, supports associate training needs, adheres to labor laws and procedures, contributes to shrink-reduction and safety initiatives, and upholds a positive, honest, and asset-protective store environment. Requires a minimum of 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience; flexible schedule including nights and weekends; strong merchandising, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
