Job Summary
Promotes an excellent customer experience by overseeing a front-of-store team of Associates, training and mentoring on front-end principles, and promoting loyalty programs. Leads by example in engaging customers, maintaining a clean, organized store, and delivering accurate progress updates to management. Coordinates POS coverage and breaks, addresses customer concerns promptly, supports store plan execution, and collaborates with management on training needs. Ensures adherence to labor laws and safety programs, participates in shrink-reduction efforts, and fosters a positive, honest work environment. Strong emphasis on communication, multi-tasking, and teamwork to support retail operations across TJX’s family of brands.
Required Qualifications
