Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front-of-store operations by supervising Associates, training on front-end principles, and coaching on personalized customer engagement while promoting loyalty programs. Manage POS coverage and breaks, address customer concerns promptly, ensure alignment with store plans, provide feedback to management, and support safety and loss-prevention initiatives. Foster teamwork, effective communication, and a positive environment to deliver consistent service across shifts, including nights and weekends.
