Job Summary
Promotes an excellent customer experience as a Full Time Customer Experience Coordinator. Oversees a team of Associates at the front of the store, ensuring prompt and courteous service and promotion of loyalty programs. Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles, coordinates POS coverage, addresses customer concerns promptly, and ensures tasks align with the store plan. Communicates effectively with management and Associates, provides progress updates, and supports training to increase effectiveness. Also promotes safety, shrink reduction goals, and a positive work environment while contributing to operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
