Job Summary
Full Time Customer Experience Agent at Answer Plus Las Vegas in Henderson, NV. Responsible for handling inbound customer calls with a positive, helpful demeanor, greeting callers, collecting and transferring necessary information, and taking messages as needed. Training is provided on the job, and the role focuses on delivering quality customer service in a call-center environment. The position requires strong spelling and grammar, good computer skills, and the ability to type at least 35 WPM. Work schedule includes 40 hours per week with weekend availability and some holidays.
