Job Summary
Oversee a team of Associates at the front of store, ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs. Lead by example by engaging with all customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, and addressing concerns promptly. Assign registers, support POS coverage needs, and coordinate breaks for all team members. Train and coach Associates on front-end principles and personalizing the customer experience. Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures while supporting store shrink reduction goals and safety awareness. Communicate effectively with management to set priorities and provide progress updates. Available to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- Strong understanding of merchandising techniques
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
- Able to train others
