Job Summary
Gather and empty trash inside and outside the building, perform heavy cleaning duties, and clean, polish, and dust furniture, blinds, walls, equipment, fixtures, desks, and other items. Scrub, sanitize, and supply restroom facilities including sinks, floors, and commodes; clean windows, mirrors, and partitions. Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors (carpet, tile, LVT, wood, concrete) in all areas including entry ways, corridors, stairways, and elevators. Safely mix and use cleaning solutions, follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power machinery, replenish supplies, and inspect assigned areas for repairs. Report building operating system needs to managers and notify them of required additions.

- Reliable transportation
- Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety rules
