Job Summary
Instructs cooking classes, camps, and parties for ages 2-99; engages guests with various cooking and baking skills related to the class menu; creates a friendly, energetic, and consistent guest experience; oversees events from start to finish; interacts with guests to ensure satisfaction; may work solo or supervise culinary assistants for larger events; handles class setup and cleanup; maintains a safe, clean environment; provides first aid/CPR if needed; requires open availability including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- At least one or more years of experience entertaining kids and/or adults
- Be able to stand for long periods of time
- Be first aid/CPR certified
- Formal teaching experience and training in education, childhood development, or related field is a plus
- Formal culinary education or relevant restaurant experience is a plus
