Job Summary
Assist with the presentation and serving of meals to residents; maintain cleanliness and organization of dining facilities; accommodate resident dietary needs and preferences; support overall dining experience to ensure resident satisfaction. Requires ability to read, write, and follow directions; high school diploma or GED preferred; prior culinary experience preferred. Full-time role with shift schedule 6:00 am–2:30 pm (some days 7:00 am–3:30 pm) in Fairmont, MN, offering benefits including PTO, health/dental/vision, FSA, 401k, and more.
