Job Summary
The Client Service Coordinator (CSC) drives the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximizing the veterinary team’s productivity and ensuring excellent client communication. Responsibilities include recruiting new clients, promoting hospital services, educating clients about pet wellness and hospital offerings (including Optimum Wellness Plans), handling client documentation and invoicing, scheduling and coordinating care, and performing essential administrative tasks. The role emphasizes professional, courteous service, accurate record-keeping, financial accuracy, and adherence to Banfield’s Five Principles (Quality, Responsibility, Mutuality, Efficiency, Freedom). The position requires strong English communication, multi-tasking abilities, organizational skills, problem solving, client service orientation, and the capacity to work extended hours including weekends/evenings as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year related experience required
- Fluent English communication skills
- Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
