Job Summary
Manage full-scope anesthesia in an outpatient setting, including general, orthopedic, GI, urology, ENT, ophthalmology, and cosmetic cases. Perform your own blocks and deliver optimal patient care for diverse populations while working autonomously. Maintain proficiency across these case types and adapt to changing clinical situations. Required Qualifications
- Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA
- Proficiency in general, orthopedic, GI, urology, ENT, Ophthalmology and cosmetic cases
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team
- Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Comfortable working independently and performing your own blocks
