Job Summary
Manage ophthalmology anesthesia cases, averaging 15-20 daily, within a 3-day work week schedule from 7am to 3pm. Maintain full certification with NBCRNA and hold valid Texas RN and CRNA licenses. Deliver optimal patient care for diverse populations while managing BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Interact effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to adapt to changing clinical situations. Required Qualifications
- Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA
- Proficiency in ophthalmology cases
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team
- Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
