Required Qualifications
- Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Arkansas
- Minimum of 0-1 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in various case types
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team
- Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Must be comfortable performing solo epidurals and spinals for OB
