Job Summary
CRNA to provide full scope of anesthesia practice. Responsibilities include assisting with data collection/review for patient history and planned procedure, maintaining a safe environment and responding to emergencies, administering medications/fluids per safe practice standards, monitoring airway, anesthesia depth, fluids, and physiologic response, completing documentation such as the surgical safety checklist, pre-operative assessment, intra-operative anesthetic record, and transfer-of-care note, and logging incident reporting in the Safety Portal. Education required: Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor
