Job Summary
CRNA responsible for anesthesia care as defined by clinical privileges; assists with collecting and reviewing patient data (medical history and planned procedure); maintains safe environment and responds to emergencies; prepares and administers medications and fluids per standards; monitors airway, depth of anesthesia, fluids status, and physiologic responses to ensure patient safety; completes required documentation including surgical safety checklist, pre-operative assessment, intra-operative anesthetic record, and transfer-of-care note; logs incident reporting in the Safety Portal; performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor
