Job Summary
Conduct customer service at the counter and operate company vehicles to local customers. Assist with automotive parts inquiries, utilizing basic computer proficiency and telephone skills to meet client needs. Lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks involving standing, twisting, and bending. Maintain a valid driver's license with a safe driving record to safely transport parts. Work flexible retail hours including alternating Saturdays, often between 7:30 and 5:30. Join a team focused on relationships and expertise within a Midwest-based auto parts company.
Required Qualifications
- Must be passionate about understanding and meeting the needs of our customers!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A commitment to being a strong team member
- Ability to work flexible retail hours (schedules are often 7:30-5:30) including alternating Saturdays
- Lifting of a minimum of 50 pounds
- Safely operating company vehicle(s) to local customers
- Standing, lifting, twisting, bending, walking and sitting
- Basic computer proficiency: ability to utilize telephone
- Ability to drive a company-owned vehicle including a valid driver's license and a safe, insurable (no SR-22) driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of automotive parts and industry experience is preferred
