Full Time Counter Professional

Conduct daily customer service and parts assistance at one of 80 Arnold Motor Supply locations across the Midwest. Provide exceptional service while utilizing basic computer proficiency and telephone skills to resolve inquiries. Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, twisting, and walking to support team operations. While auto parts knowledge is preferred, the company offers comprehensive training for those new to the industry. This role emphasizes relationship building within a family-oriented team culture, with a focus on internal promotion pathways and long-term tenure.
