Full-Time Coordinator

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries and prioritizing merchandise processing onto the sales floor. Engage with all customers to maintain an excellent experience, ensure proper tagging and coding of goods, and rotate back stock for easy replenishment. Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary to ensure adherence to store plans and safety protocols. Maintain organizational cleanliness, uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards, and communicate priorities with management and the Coordinator on Duty. This Full-Time Coordinator role supports store operations across TJX brands including Marshalls, Homegoods, and Winners. The position requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, with a starting pay range of $15.00 to $15.50 per hour. Candidates must possess one year of retail experience and six months of leadership experience.
