Full Time - Coordinator

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process merchandise efficiently. Engage with all customers to maintain a clean, organized store and model exceptional service. Orchestrate truck deliveries to prioritize goods on the sales floor and rotate back stock for easy replenishment. Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary. Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and secured while maintaining organizational cleanliness and recovery standards. Communicate priorities with management, address shrink reduction goals, and uphold safety awareness and labor compliance. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, lifting heavy objects with attention to detail.
