Job Summary
Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process merchandise efficiently. Engage with all customers to maintain a clean, organized store and role model exceptional service. Orchestrate truck deliveries, prioritize back stock rotation, and ensure goods are properly tagged, hung, and secured. Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary. Communicate priorities with management and ensure compliance with labor laws, safety protocols, and recycling programs. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to train others
