Job Summary
Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and menu specifications while following proper food safety and sanitation procedures. Adhere to portion control guidelines and presentation standards, then collaborate with kitchen team members to coordinate food preparation and order execution. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area by washing dishes and equipment, and assist in food inventory management as needed. Prior experience in a high-volume kitchen is preferred, along with knowledge of food safety standards and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
