Job Summary
Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch or dinner as assigned; read and follow recipes to ensure consistency; ensure proper sanitation and safety procedures and high-quality food preparation and presentation; assist with ordering, receiving, and rotating stock with the Food Service Director; meet or exceed resident dining expectations; work well with a team; able to perform short-order cooking; follow all food safety and equipment safety procedures; maintain compliance with community quality standards; be dependable, punctual, and able to work without constant supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of cooking experience (some short order cooking)
- Serv-Safe certification, or willing to obtain upon hire.
