Job Summary
Back of House Team Member responsibilities at Chick-fil-A Raintree Drive: prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and quickly across kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling boards, and various chicken products); wash, chop, bake, and assemble side items; stock and rotate inventory; maintain a neat, clean, and safe kitchen; assist with opening/transition/closing tasks; work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment while providing friendly guest service; prior kitchen experience is welcomed but not required, with opportunities for growth and leadership development.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience is preferred but not necessary
- Ability to multitask and work quickly yet thoroughly
- Team-oriented, adaptable, customer-focused work ethic
- Effective communication with guests and team members
- Able to stand for several hours
- Smile and maintain eye contact
