Job Summary
Experienced Full-Time Cook at Cura Hospitality (St. Francis Home, Tiffin, OH) in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities include quality and portion control, food preparation, creative food presentation, maintaining the kitchen, proper food storage, and following safe food handling policies and recipes. Requires at least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume, scratch-cooking setting and customer service experience. Nice-to-have: Food handlers’ certification. Required Qualifications
- At least one year’s prior culinary experience in a quality and high-volume establishment with an emphasis on scratch cooking
- Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use various kitchen equipment and tools as well as identify and differentiate food items
- Customer service experience is required
- Food handlers’ certification (preferred)
