Job Summary
Provide in-home care across Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth and Lichfield, delivering companionship, reassurance and hands-on support to help people live independently in their own homes. Role includes driving to client homes (driving licence and own car required), training provided, and enhanced rates for weekends and complex care. Opportunities across multiple areas with benefits such as paid travel time, car allowance, paid holidays, pension and uniforms. Trainable for those new to care, with support from the team and 24/7 on-call assistance.
Required Qualifications
- A driving licence and your own car
- Ideally one year of experience in care (but training provided)
- Ability to work across Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth and Lichfield (three areas)
