Job Summary
Develop device and mobile application content using in-house tools and commercial software like Photoshop and JIRA to support global customer service operations. Work within an Agile team environment to meet rigorous internal and external deadlines while contributing to measurable technical standards and process improvements. Self-manage tasks and maintain code organization and consistency throughout the development lifecycle. Complete a paid 1-2 week training program at the Blacksburg, VA office before transitioning to flexible remote work for qualified applicants based in the continental US.
Required Qualifications
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Ability to focus in an open office environment
- Ability to demonstrate the highest level of attention to detail
- Demonstrated web development experience
- Experience in at least one coding language
- Experience with Photoshop
- Experience with a version control system such as GIT or SVN
- Must be based in the continental US
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be within a commutable distance of the Blacksburg, VA office

- Degree in a technical field or actively pursuing a degree
