Job Summary
Greet, announce, and direct tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building while developing relationships to schedule reservations and organize on-site events. Provide referrals for local entertainment, dining, retail, and car services; document, secure, and track mail and deliveries; answer telephones; and monitor the lobby while maintaining and controlling keys and access cards. Full-time employees work 30+ hours per week with on-call availability.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Desire and passion to provide a warm and welcoming hello to everyone
- Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills
- Knowledge of local attractions and establishments
- Polite, friendly, self-assured and able to multitask with good time-management
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed
