Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adapting treatment strategies when necessary to maximize rehabilitation outcomes. Empower patients and their families with education regarding home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle adjustments that support recovery. Participate in ongoing professional development by staying up to date with the latest advancements in physical therapy practices, integrating new treatments where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida
- A minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy or relevant healthcare setting
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
