Full-Time Community Re-Entry Specialist (PM Shift)

Job Summary
Oversee entry/exit, monitor client whereabouts, engage with clients, use cognitive behavioral techniques to promote health decisions and positive interpersonal skills, facilitate activities, maintain staffing levels for a 24/7 operation, patrol interior/exterior, respond to emergencies (medical, fire, weather, assaults/theft), render first aid/CPR, monitor life safety systems and CCTV, issue visitor badges, manage keys, communicate via PA during emergencies, enforce rules with clients and staff, perform other security-related duties. Requirements emphasize neat appearance, courtesy and customer service, safety commitment, basic computer skills, strong English communication, ability to work outdoors in varied weather, and ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours; shift is PM (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) from Saturday to Wednesday.
