Job Summary
Retail management and sales responsibilities include meeting or exceeding personal sales goals while delivering excellent customer service; Merchandising, inventory decisions, and promoting sales through setup of displays, signs, and product knowledge; training associates, participating in weekly training, and communicating professionally with vendors; must be able to perform basic math, interpret safety/operational documents, and work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 1-3 months related experience, with compensation between $45k-$55k annually (DOE) and approx. 41 hours per week in Missoula, MT.
