Job Summary
Provide personal, hands-on care in patients' homes, including bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene, mobility assistance, and range of motion exercises. Take and record vital signs, maintain a clean and safe environment, and report changes in condition to the nurse or case manager. Support families during emotional moments while ensuring patients remain safely at home. Requires current Oregon CNA license, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. Full-time role with $22.00–$24.00 per hour, benefits, and flexible scheduling.
