Full time CNA 11pm to 7am (Certified Nursing Assistant)

Job Summary
Provide direct resident care duties under licensed nursing supervision, including personal care such as grooming, bathing, and dressing. Ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate devices, while recording vital signs, weights, intake, and output. Routinely turn and position residents, observe for condition changes, and promptly answer call lights. Prepare residents for meals, ensure hydration, and maintain accurate records of food consumption and room conditions. Assist in training other staff as requested. This role offers premium pay with a full-time schedule from 3 pm to 11 pm at The Grove Health and Rehabilitation Center in Hernando, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Current Nursing Assistant certification from state of Florida
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives
- Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- Current/active CPR certification
- At least one (1) year Skilled Nursing experience
