Full-Time Clinical RN/LPN-Float

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care as a Full-Time RN/LPN-Float in a Mississippi clinic. Responsibilities include triaging and collecting medical histories, recording vitals, accurately documenting interactions in the EMR, safely administering medications per provider orders, and performing in-house clinical and laboratory testing in line with OSHA and CLIA standards. Conduct occupational screenings (drug tests, DOT and non-DOT physicals, BATs, audiograms, spirometry, respirator fit testing with training provided), assist with minor procedures, sterilize and maintain instruments, collect and process lab specimens, and coordinate referrals and pre-certifications/authorizations. Maintain organized exam rooms and supplies, support a culture of safety and excellence, and support the team as needed. Requires active Mississippi RN licensure, EMR familiarity, attention to detail, strong communication, and a collaborative, patient-focused approach. Schedule includes a 3/2 split rotation with every other weekend; must be able to lift/move objects weighing 10-20 pounds; role is full-time and non-exempt.
