Job Summary
Conduct sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and floor care tasks including buffing and waxing. Clean and sanitize restrooms, dust surfaces, and empty trash receptacles while maintaining common areas like lobbies and hallways. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines, reporting maintenance needs to the supervisor. Perform duties Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM for $17.00 with weekly pay. Previous commercial cleaning experience and knowledge of proper techniques are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Good time management skills to prioritize work effectively
