Job Summary
Conduct daily local delivery within an assigned territory, performing pre-trip inspections and operating vehicles safely while following all DOT regulations. Unload product using a pallet jack or hand truck, confirm deliveries with store personnel, and verify order accuracy by checking quantities and obtaining customer signatures. Stock cooler space, shelf space, and promotional displays, rotate stock per freshness guidelines, and collect empty keg shells and damaged goods for return credit. Gather invoices, complete required daily route paperwork, and maintain communication with sales representatives and retail account contacts. The role involves physically lifting cases weighing 20–30 lbs. and up to 160 lbs. to waist height, working independently across varying weather conditions. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean record and no major traffic violations
- Able to obtain and maintain a Class A CDL along with a valid medical card
- Must be able to routinely lift and move beverage cases weighing 20–30 lbs., and lift up to 160 lbs. to waist height
- Must be able to operate delivery vehicles safely across varying weather and road conditions
Desired Qualifications
- Previous delivery driving experience preferred
- Able to safely handle a fully loaded hand truck
- Comfortable operating handheld computers and route management devices
